As you step into the weekend, take a moment to notice how your body feels when you slow down. Do you carry tension in your shoulders, jaw, or chest?
This weekend, try pausing for just a few breaths. Place your hand on your heart or belly and notice the rise and fall. Remind yourself: “I am here. I am safe.”
Small practices like this help calm the nervous system and open space for clarity, presence, and connection—with yourself and with others.
